Cornerstone Men's Ministry provides men, anywhere on their spiritual journey, an avenue to grow in faith and leadership.

This ministry supports those in the Temecula Valley as they become better men, husbands, fathers, and leaders. Several events throughout the year gather guys together for the purpose of connecting them to God and each other. These larger events equip men to be who God has called them to be in their homes and in their community.

MEET PASTOR WESLEY

Hi!  I’m Wesley and I’m the Executive Ministries Pastor here at Cornerstone.  I grew up in Southern California and was raised in the church by parents who loved God and served the church faithfully.  I trusted Christ for salvation at a young age and by God’s grace have been walking with the Lord ever since.  In 2011 I graduated from Bible College and shortly after started working in church ministry.  

 

In 2012 I married Brittany and together we have two elementary-aged daughters.  As a family, we enjoy beach days and going camping.  Personally, some of my all-time favorite activities are reading a good book and drinking a good single origin coffee via v60 pour over.  If you could sum me up in three words they would be:  Jesus, Family, and Sushi.  My heart’s desire is to see the Dallas Cowboys win another Super Bowl before the Lord returns!

 

It’s a privilege to be part of the Cornerstone family and I’m excited for what God has in store for us as we simply trust and follow Him!

BEING WITH JESUS — (DEVOTION)

We want to develop a deep, abiding relationship with God, inviting Him into every moment of our lives.  We prioritize slowing down our lives in order to live at the pace and in the presence of Jesus, valuing time in God’s Word and in prayer. We understand that we cannot give what we do not possess so cultivating a thriving relationship with Jesus is fundamental to being fruitful for Him.  

BECOMING LIKE JESUS — (TRANSFORMATION)

The natural byproduct of being with Jesus is becoming more like Jesus.  We are serious about our sanctification, the process of becoming more Christ-like, and rely on the transformative power of the Holy Spirit to conform us to the image of Christ.  There should be marked differences between who we are today and who we used to be.  

DOING WHAT JESUS DID — (ACTION)

As we devote ourselves to being with Jesus and becoming like Jesus, we are also committed to doing what Jesus did while He was here on earth. This includes loving people, serving people, and preaching the Good News of God’s Kingdom.
