Our Team
Aaron Crane
Worship Pastor
Growing up in Orange County, I was surrounded by a musical family who nurtured my faith, introducing me to Christ at a very young age. My journey to pastoral ministry began as a teenager at a youth camp, where I felt an undeniable calling during worship—a moment that sparked my passion for leading others to experience the presence of God. This calling led me to Vanguard University, where I majored in religion and participated in multiple music performance groups. In 2001, I moved to Murrieta to help plant a church, beginning what would become 20 years (so far) in full-time ministry, serving as both a youth pastor and a worship pastor.
My greatest joy in ministry is seeing others embrace their calling as well as leading worship with our amazing team of staff and volunteers, whose dedication and heart inspire me daily. Together with our team, we strive to create spaces where people can encounter God in transformative ways. Married to my incredible wife, Adrienne, for 18 years, we now share our lives with our two pups, Kobe and Gigi. I love all things Star Wars and I'm a huge fan of the Las Vegas Raiders, LA Lakers, and LA Dodgers. When not at church, you'll probably find me on the disc golf course with buddies, playing PS5, or off-roading in my Jeep.
What is your role at Cornerstone?
As the Worship Pastor at Cornerstone, I have the privilege of leading our congregation in worship each week, creating an environment where people can connect with God in a meaningful way. I work closely with our incredible team of staff and volunteers, planning music, organizing rehearsals, and guiding each person in their spiritual and musical growth. My goal is to foster an atmosphere of worship that aligns with our church's mission, encouraging everyone to experience God’s presence in a real and transformative way.

“But far be it from me to boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.” ― Galatians 6:14
What is your hope for Cornerstone?
My hope for Cornerstone is that it becomes a thriving community where people encounter God deeply, grow in their faith, and find real connection. I want worship here to be more than just music—it’s a place where we meet with God in a way that shapes our daily lives and strengthens our sense of purpose. My prayer is that each person who walks through our doors feels valued, supported, and actively discipled along our pathway: to know God, grow with others, use their gifts, and help the hurting. Together, we can live out our faith and make a lasting impact on each other and our community.
