Mission Hope Food Pantry FOOD DRIVE & SERVE DAY

Cornerstone’s Community Missions is coming alongside Mission Hope in Temecula again!

Food pantries often receive an abundance of donations during the holidays, but then things drop off—even though the need still exists. This year we’re adding an additional way to serve at Mission Hope’s Empowerment Village, which provides long-term housing and support program for single mothers and their children. We’ll have a 3-hour shift where we do light yard work and maintenance around the property.

FOOD DRIVE COLLECTION INFO:
We will open our food drive for collection starting at the beginning of April. Drop-off dates will be April 26 and May 3.

SERVE DAY INFO:
– We will be at the Mission Hope Food Pantry and Empowerment Village in Temecula on May 9th from 8-2PM
– Our goal is to have 3 teams of 30 working in 2-hour slots at the Food Pantry and 1 team working at Empowerment Village from 8am-11am.
– Please sign up for your preferred time slot
– Ages 8 and older are welcome; kids must have adult supervision with them.
