Back-to-School Bash with Dream Center Lake Elsinore

Come love on kids in the community before they go back to school! Dream Center Lake Elsinore is holding their 2026 Back To School Bash on August 8th, and Cornerstone has committed to show up BIG TIME with volunteers. Examples of how we are helping include setup, tear down, prayer, face-painting, temporary tattoos. lunch prep and distribution, haircuts, games, and jumpers.

SCHEDULE:
Set-up: 7:30AM
Prayer & Rally: 9AM
Event Start: 10AM
Clean-up: 1PM

We will break down shifts to 2 or 4-hour intervals because of the heat. Please register for your preferred role to help with; we will assign based on need once signups are closed.

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS FOR THE FOLLOWING:
15 people for set up from 7:30AM-9:30AM
15-20 hairdressers and barbers from 8AM-1PM (This includes their setup time)
15+ people for face painting/temporary tattoos from 9AM-1PM (There are stencils and this is easier than sounds)
15 people for Crafts Table from 9AM-1PM
20 people for Lunch prep and distribution
15 people to help with games between 9AM-1PM
10 for trash pickup throughout the day
15 for cleanup starting from 12:30-2PM
20 of the above would be Spanish Speakers to help out wherever needed.
