Minimum Education Required:   Master's Degree in mental health discipline along with Indiana State License at the clinical level (LCSW)
Minimum Experience Required:   2 years experience working with severe and persistent mental illness preferred. Demonstrated ability at team leading, organizational skills, and ability to perform multiple tasks and lead through change and stressful situations.
Summary of Duties: 
Function as the clinical supervisor for case coordinators and residential technicians who are currently working with clients within the Community Support Program. This involves assessing and making appropriate intervention choices with regard to client issues in a timely manner. Duties also include reviewing clients' Individualized Integrated Care Plan (IICP) and making client specific recommendations to the case coordinator regarding the IICP. Also included is completing prior authorizations (Pas) for Medicaid Rehabilitation Option (MRO) packets. Employee will work with clients who have been diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness and those with co-occurring disorders. Employee will plan and implement programs to accommodate client and staff needs and will participate in planning and coverage with other supervisors. Must participate in Access coverage. Other duties as assigned.

Coordinate staffing issues during shift, including new employee orientation, staff training, etc. Assume responsibility for implementation of adult and adolescent care policies and procedures. Must initiate and review treatment plans for all patients on the unit. Conduct admission interviews; provide leadership in crisis management, and patient medication and mental illness education. Must function in conformance with organizational policies, procedures, and Ethical Standards, as well as local, state, and federal regulations. This position will include weekends and holiday shift work.

Must be able to document and communicate orders accurately in a timely manner. Must be able to maintain a clean, safe and functional working environment. Provides accurate and timely information using the utmost discretion and protecting confidentiality of information. Interact with assigned patients throughout the shift both informally and in structured activities.
